By far the large junk journal I have created a 6" BY 12".
Using the Steampunk Botanica collection by Recollections.
This was done 3 years ago but never got to post it. So finally today is the perfect day to share this beauty I just love how this turned out.
It has a lot of different style pages and moving gears and clock hands. Tons of fussy cutting on the pattern paper itself for tick spots. And envelopes, pockets and tuck spots and flip out pages.
It has 7 signatures with envelopes and fold out pages and cardstock in different colours.

I have been working for almost 3 months planning, drafting, designing this project, it really is a labour of love! Have you ever been asked to create the biggest album possible ? And you think all the technical issues with creating an interactive album that will hold the the pages solidly and stand the test of time like a true memory keeper.
I have taken all the hard-work out of the process and created a really planned and precise Video Class series. Where all the work is done for you just follow along with my start to finish videos, literally everything is done with the camera recording so you don't miss anything and you understand the whole process.
The versatility of this project is amazing you can adapt the interactive and popup elements to create cards and other albums and folios and projects of various sizes.
You can easily choose a different base cardstock and pattern paper and create different albums of different themes and life events.
As you all know I am a Guest Designer for Bob n Betty and they have some yummilicious collection of stuff. I was sent this amazing collection called " Little Wonderland" and let me the first thing that popped in my head was a " POP-UP" album!! you have to see the collection to know that it has so much potential, the colour scheme is not only perfect for a Baby Themed Album but the variety of images and die-cuts in the collection made it so so much easier for me to design this album.
The collection is very well thought and its an absolute thrill to work with it. there are a lot of images you can fussy cut and use and there are tags and sentiment tabs as well. All in all its very good quality paper that you enjoy working with.
To be honest it did take me a while to plan, design and then finally put together this album. Whats more since Deepika is such a darling I have had the opportunity to design this as a Video tutorial Class which is available for purchase on my site Art Some Craft. Since the collection had such fun images I was easily able to create different scenes and pop-up elements. The book looks like a storybook or a baby room come to life although i do say so myself.
The Album has 6 individual pages 12 front and back, each page has a unique pop-up feature with different technique and mechanism. I have had so much creating this book. I have taken away the guess work and the hard work that goes into planning and designing something like this. You will realise that making Pop-ups is not that difficult once you have the instructions and the measurements and all the hardwork already done for you.
